EMBODIED BEAUTY 🤍 Luxury Nail Experience & Client Policies Welcome to Embodied Beauty, where self-care meets elegance. Please review the following policies before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to all terms listed below. --- 💅 BOOKING & RETAINERS A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all appointments. This amount will be applied toward your total service. Appointments are not confirmed without a retainer. --- ⏰ ARRIVAL POLICY To preserve the quality of each service, a 10–15 minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond this window may result in a canceled or adjusted appointment, and the retainer will be forfeited. --- CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations will result in loss of retainer. No-shows may be required to pay 50% of the service prior to booking again. Repeated no-shows will result in refusal of future bookings. --- 💳 PAYMENT The remaining balance is due at the end of your service. Accepted forms of payment: [Cash, Card, etc.]. Gratuity is appreciated and always optional. --- REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE If any lifting or breakage occurs, please notify me within 2–3 days of your appointment. Repairs within this timeframe will be honored. Damage caused by improper care (picking, biting, etc.) will be subject to additional charges. --- ALL SALES FINAL All services are non-refundable. Adjustments will be made within the repair window if necessary. --- SANITATION & SAFETY Your health and safety are a priority. Services will not be performed on nails affected by fungus, infections, or open wounds. All tools and implements are sanitized in accordance with state board regulations. --- INTIMATE SERVICE ENVIRONMENT To maintain a calm, luxury experience, no extra guests or children are permitted unless being serviced. --- CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES Please submit inspiration photos prior to your appointment. Final pricing may vary depending on length, shape, and design complexity. --- RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE Embodied Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disrespectful behavior, repeated policy violations, or conditions that compromise safety. --- Thank you for honoring these policies and choosing Embodied Beauty.
